Got Questions? We have Answers.

It's your big day, your celebration, and inevitably there are details that shouldn't be left to chance. When you choose Steel House BBQ we want questions for your Pit Boss to be the last thing that's on your mind. If you have additional questions not listed here, don't hesitate to email us via our Contact page.

What do you charge for your services?

Every event is unique. We will put together a quote for you based on the specifics of your menu, timeline, service needs and your venue. We are adept at working within budgets and guiding you on the options you have to meet your goals AND your budget. There are a variety of different things that go into the total price. Service style, menu items, time frame of the event, number of guests, and labor required are all factors that affect the total price. Steel House BBQ will help you figure out which service style is right for you and your budget!

Is there a deposit?

To secure an event date and time, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% off your total invoice.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Due to marinades and long smoking times, we ask that the menu is finalized one week prior to the event. At that time, we consider the menu to be final.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders that are canceled less than 48 hours before the event may be charged up to 100% of the total invoice. These charges are to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, disposable goods, and jobs we may have declined in order to accommodate your event. The level of charges will be determined at the discretion of Steel House BBQ.

Can I keep leftover food from my party?

Absolutely, it's your food that you have paid for.

Can you provide Alcoholic Beverages?

Not at this time, but do not hesitate to supply your own for your event (if legal for your choice of venue).

Do you provide Drop Off?

At this time we do not provide drop off food service, only full service on-site BBQ.

Can you provide custom menu items?

We don't like using our clients as guinea pigs. Have we BBQ'd salmon at home or made great rib-eyes and lobster tails? Sure, but at Steel House BBQ we believe that we should do a few things, and do them better than everyone else, no substitutions, no cut corners.

Can you help with food allergy concerns?

It is of upmost importance that our clients and their guests are happy and safe. That being said, only you and/or your guests truly understand the severity of any allergies and we want you and your guests to be diligent in asking us the appropriate questions to ensure their own safety. Let's have a conversation and we'll try our best to make it work.
